How much will my postage cost?
We ship our parcels via Australia Post with the following rates available within Australia:
$9.95 Flat Rate Shipping
$15.95 Oversized Shipping
I need my order fast. Do you offer Express Post?
We offer Express Post shipping at a flat rate of $20 at the checkout to Australian addresses. This service delivers within 2 business days for address within the Australia Post Express Post Network. For addresses outside this area your parcel will be shipped by the fastest possible method. When selecting Express Post we recommend that you include the date of your event in the comments section at the checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our normal dispatch times are up to 3 business days. Please check the Australia Post delivery times calculator here to confirm postage times to your postcode (please note that the postcode your parcel will be originating from is 6101).
Do you ship internationally?

Do you offer insurance?
Simply Sweet Soirees takes great care in packaging orders carefully, however we strongly recommend customers select shipping options with insurance as we can accept no liability for products that are lost or damaged in transit. Insurance for your purchased products is available as a selection at the checkout for an additional $3 and covers you for lost or damaged items up to the value of $100. Any insurance claims are to be made through Australia Post directly.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely! Our payments are processed through PayPal and direct bank deposit which means all your banking details are secure and they are not disclosed to us.
Do you offer an industry discount?
We love to support businesses within the events industry. Please contact us with your business details and ABN to receive your exclusive code.
I would like to add something to my order. Can I do this?
We do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible but are very happy for you to add to it if we have not already packaged your parcel. Please contact us as soon as possible in this instance.
I've changed my mind. Can I return my order?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on change of mind purchases. If you are unsure or have any questions about a product please contact us prior to ordering as we're always happy to help.
My item is faulty or damaged. How can I return it?
We package all of our parcels with care but in the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days to arrange for it's return and your refund. Please note we do not accept returns on any orders where we have not been contacted prior to it's return.
Are your products in stock?
Yes they are. Occasionally there may be an inventory error in which case you will be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel your order.
How can I order an item that is out of stock?
Please contact us with the product name, quantity and date required for a current ETA.
I need an item in bulk. Can you help?
Yes, we can certainly assist. Please contact us with the product name you require along with the qauntity and your event date.
I can't find what I'm looking for. Can you source special items?
